The EU Regulation proposal on Artificial Intelligence: practical analysis of the new European AI regulatory framework - Part Fourth.

In the fourth part of the commentary on the proposal for the EU General Regulation on Artificial Intelligence - published in Giuffrè Lefebvre's Law & Justice magazine - Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno analyzes the part of the IA Regulation that imposes specific obligations on the numerous subjects who perform specific roles in the various stages of development, production, import, marketing, distribution and use of high-risk AI systems. The essay takes into account the particularly innovative provisions regarding the obligations imposed on the end users of AI systems, given that the rules introduce radical changes to the contractual paradigms in relations with suppliers, as well as takes into account that end users (e.g. companies) have to implement specific procedures and continuous monitoring activities.
