Reform of art. 4 of the Labour Statute into force: the legislative decree 151/2015, employees' privacy and new rules.
Starting from September 24 2015 the legislative decree as of September 14, 2015 has entered into force, implementing the so called law "Jobs Act".
The legislative decree introduces the new rules about the control at a distance of employees. by amending articloe 4 of the Law 300/1970 (Labour Statute).
In this article, Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno analyzes the practical impact of said reform, pointing out operational solutions aimed at granting the full compliance of companies' processes and policies from a labour and privacy laws perspective.
