The Court of Rome’s ruling no. 23771 as of December 3rd, 2015: the practical scenarios about the enforcement of the Right to be Forgotten.

By enacting - on December 3rd, 2015 - the ruling no. 23771/2015, the Court of Rme for the first time clearly enforces the law principles about the so called "right to be forgotten" in light both of the EU Court of Justice's ruling C131-12 and according to the WP 225 - Guidelines on the implementation of the Court of Justice of the European Union judgment on “Google Spain and Inc V. Agencia Española De Protección De Datos (Aepd) and Mario Costeja González” C-131/12.
