With the publication in Giuffrè Lefebvre's Law & Justice of the fifth and final part of the commentary on the proposal for a EU General Regulation on Artificial Intelligence, Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno goes in-depth with the new European law rules on the so-called regulatory sandboxes, analyzes the tasks of the European Artificial Intelligence Board ( in relation to the tasks of the competent national authorities and in a comparative perspective also with the similar European Data Protection Board). Finally, the sanction system is also illustrated, which is characterized - as it was for the RGPD - for the severity of the sanction amounts.
