Data protection compliance within digitized corporate governance processes.

During this conference, Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno addressed the data protection implications related to the digitization processes of corporate books and corporate governance procedures.

In particular, the following topics were discussed:

1.   the process of managing and keeping digital corporate books in light of articles 24 and 25 of the GDPR, according to the principles of privacy by design;
2.   the management of confidential data flows;
3.   the shareholders' right of access to company books in light of the GDPR;
4.   the role of the DPO in digitized Company Secretariat management processes.
