The implementation of regulations on the processing of personal data other than the GDPR: the case of EU Regulation 2022/868 (Data Governance Act - DGA).

In this workshop Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno illustrates one of the key EU regulations within the so-called European Data Strategy presented by the EU Commission in 2020.

In fact, Regulation 2022/868 (Data Governance Act) builds the legal and technical infrastructure for the free circulation of (personal and non-personal) data in the new European Data Spaces.

The Workshop goes in-depth with the practical application of the new Regulation (applicable from September 24th, 2023) in light of the new opportunities for companies operating in digital markets.
