Data protection fulfilments in the insurance sector - Cases history resolved.

At this conference, Avv. Alessandro del Ninno addressed ten practical cases - providing the relevant organisational and regulatory solutions - concerning the processing of personal data in the insurance sector.

Among the cases tackled were also those on which the Italian Data Protection Authority recently issued interesting and relevant provisions, such as for example the interpretative provision 520/2023 on access to the personal data of third-party beneficiaries of insurance policies held in their name by the de cuius, or such as the provision of 22 May 2022 on data protection subjectivity in bancassurance-type relationships between insurance companies and banking institutions.
