The management of employees' e-mail and metadata.

On the occasion of the Conference organised in the wake of the enactment of the Italian Data Protection Authority's provision on the processing and storage of metadata related to workers' e-mail accounts,  Avv. Alessandro del Ninno discussed a wide-ranging lecture, placing the issue of metadata in the broader scenario of the obligations to be fulfilled by private and public employers in the management of IT assets given to employees, with reference to the rules on monitoring and in light of the employer's prerogatives and employees' protection.
