The relevance of data governance in implementing Artificial Intelligence projects in the enterprise: role of personal and non-personal data in light of applicable regulations.

Other issues addressed in the report are: the GDPR in the AI Act, direct references and the relationship between data protecion and AI regulations as well as other data regulations in light of machine learning: Data Governance Act (EU Reg. 7868/2022), Data Act (EU Reg. 2854/2023) and the proposed EU Regulation on the European Health Data Space (EHDS Regulation).
