Digital Operational resilience and management of cyber-risks in banking, finance and insurance in the light of the DORA Regulation.

During this one-day workshop (9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.),  Avv. Alessandro del Ninno will address all the practical aspects of the new Digital Operational Resilience Act - DORA introduced by EU Regulation 2022/2554, applicable as of 17 January 2025.

The so-called DORA Regulation applies to banking, financial and insurance entities and third-party ICT service providers, imposing several organisational, documentary, technical and management measures on the above financial entities.

During the day, Avv. Alessandro del Ninno will illustrate operationally how to implement in practice the policies and protocols required for compliance with the DORA Regulation.
