In the Round Table organized during the In House Community Days,  Avv. Alessandro del Ninno discussed ODRs (online dispute resolution) under EU regulations, with particular reference to the IP sector and international domain name reassignment procedures.

In the second round of interventions at the Round Table,  Avv. Alessandro del Ninno presented a comparative analysis between AI Act (EU Regulation 2024/1689) and the Italian government's draft law on AI, with particular reference to the role of Artificial Intelligence in the administration of Justice and in support of judges.
