The accessibility of websites, mobile applications, products and other online services: applying digital inclusion obligations in practice.

As of June 28, 2025, the obligations set forth in Legislative Decree 82/2022 for the inclusion and digital accessibility of products and services that the Stanca Law (No. 4/2004) had introduced at the time (for public administrations only, an obligation later extended to websites and mobile applications of private individuals with average turnover in the last three years exceeding 500 million euros by Simplification Decree 76/2020) will be applicable to private companies with reference only to websites and mobile applications.
