Employees' personal data processing: organizational obligations and data protection policies in the light of the GDPR, of the Italian Data Protection Code and of the latest regulatory news.

During the workshop,  Avv. Alessandro del Ninno analyzed the main data protection requirements with regard to the entire life cycle of the employment relationship (recruitment, contracting and induction, relationship management, remote controls, termination, etc.).

Particular attention was also paid to current events, with reference to updated regulations on whistleblowing (Legislative Decree 24/2023), smart working, digital work, AI applied to the labour relationship, the Transparency Decree (Legislative Decree 104/2022) after the Law Decree 48/2023, processing of workers' health data as well as of data related to convictions, crimes and security measures.
