Processing employees' personal data: organizational models by the Human Resources Departments.

Training course organized by the company Gtech S.p.A. (former Lottomatica S.p.A.) on November 25th  2013.

Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno held this training course aimed at pointing out the correct employees' data processing policies, in light of the rules set forth in the Italian Data Protection Authority's Guidelines on processing of personal data in workplaces.
Other particular rules (email and Internet monitoring, geolocalization of vehicles assigned in use to employees, processing of biometric data, etc) have been analysed in the perspective of the correct organization of the data processing policies by the Human Resources Departments.
