In this conference Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno presents a lecture entitled "The impact of the PCT on the current legal civil procedures: search for a not easy marriage". The lecture is focused on the impact of the computerised procedures and documents within the PCT with respect to the traditional institutes as set forth in the Italian code for civil procedure, pointing out criticalities and possible solutions.
