Data protection, criminal liabilities and criminal sanctions in light of the legislative decree 101/2018.

 
On June 27th, 2019 Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno hold a lecture within the Master “Data Protection & Data Governance” organized by the University of Milan entiled “Data protection, criminal liabilities and criminal sanctions in light of the legislative decree 101/2018”.

The lecture goes in-depth with the new data protection crimes (nine in total) as introduced in the new Italian Data Protection Code by the legislative decree no. 101/2018 coordinating the Code with the GDPR.

Particular attention is also dedicated to the new rules coordinating the administrative checks of the Italian Data Protection Authority and the criminal inquries as carried out by the Judicial Authorities.
