Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno held a lecture on the EDPB Guidelines 3/2019 on data processing by means of video apparatus. The lecture has been hold within the Conference "Forum Privacy 2019" organized by Paradigma S.p.A. Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno went in depth with the analysis of the new practical fulfillments introduced by the Guidelines enacted on July 9/10th, 2019 (and soon definitively into force). In particular, the relationship with the Italian Data Protection Authority's General Deliberation as of April 8th, 2010 on videosurveillance has been discussed in depth.
