IP in the Metaverse: new technological and regulatory scenarios.

In this conference, Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno explained the new regulatory and technological scenarios affecting intellectual and industrial property. Among the different profiles analyzed were those pertaining to Non Fungible Tokens as tools for certifying rights in intellectual works. As for new technological models in the field of Industrial Property, the advantages and disadvantages of so-called NFT domain names were explained. Finally, new scenarios of trademark registration, exploitation and use in the Metaverse were analyzed.
