In this interview released to the online publication 4i-Mag, Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno highlights the technical, legal and practical implications - together with the risks - linked to the extensive use of video surveillance systems based on the use of Artificial Intelligence and remote real-time biometric recognition systems, in light of the rules in force (those of the GDPR) and those currently being approved in the EU Commission's proposal for a European Regulation on Artificial Intelligence.
