Prof. Avv. Del Ninno discussed in a cross examination all the sensitive points of the related proposed rules, from the lack of coordination to the doubts related the real data anonymization and from the time needed to effectively implement the tracing system to the real voluntary basis for the installation of the connected app by the citizens.
