In this video-interview released by Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno to the Digital Economy Magazine Key4biz, several criticalities related to the app “Immuni” are pointed out and discussed. The app “Immuni” has been recently the choice (amongst 319 other contact tracing apps) of the Italian Government for the so called Phase 2 of the COVID-19 emergency. In particular, Del Ninno point out the data protection criticalities (lack of information, transparency, conditional consent of the interested subjects, possible geo-location data processing, role of the Italian Data Protection Authority).
