Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno has been hosted by the TV show “Fuori TG”, broadcasted by the national RAI Channel 3 on April 24th, 2020. The TV programme has gone in-depth with the doubts arisen in relation to the contact tracing app named “Immuni” (recently selected by the Italian Government). Prof. Del Ninno in his interventions has pointed out the issues regarding transparency, anonymity and security of this app, and also in light of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) Guidelines 04/2020 on the use of location data and contact tracing tools in the context of the COVID-19 outbreak adopted on 21 April 2020.
