Digital Markets Regulation 2022/1925 (DMA) published in the EU Official Journal.

Published in the EU Official Journal the Regulation (EU) 2022/1925 of the European Parliament and of the Council of September 14, 2022 on fair and contestable markets in the digital sector and amending Directives (EU) 2019/1937 and (EU) 2020/1828 (Digital Markets Regulation also known as the Digital Markets Act - #DMA). The Regulation will be applicable as of May 2, 2023, subject to the earlier application of certain provisions on the Commission's power to issue delegated acts, effective as of next November 1, 2022, and the postponement to June 25, 2023 of the applicability of Articles 42 and 43 on representative actions against gatekeepers and protection of whistleblowers.
