National Labour Inspectorate: operational guidance on videosurveillance and geolocation of employees.

In Memo No. 2572 of April 14, 2023, INL provided operational guidance on the issuance of authorization orders under Article 4 of Law No. 300/1970, in light of the relevant guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Auhtority and with a view to containing possible employer abuses and preventing possible injury to "personal property" of employees.
