National Revenue Agency: the web service for online consultation of cadastral plans by estate agents is operational.

In a press release of 12 July 2023 on online consultation of cadastral plans, the National Revenue Agency announced that, as of 12 July, a new web service is operational to allow trusted real estate agents to consult - telematically and independently - the cadastral plans of their properties.

Thus:

• owners who want to sell or rent their homes can submit the proxy directly from the reserved area of the Agenzia delle Entrate website via PC, tablet or smartphone;
• alternatively, consultation can be carried out online by the delegated real estate agent.
