Bank of Italy: survey of unsupervised Italian Fintech operators launched.
The Bank of Italy has launched an investigation aimed at Italian Fintech operators not subject to supervision. The aim of the survey – in the form of a questionnaire – is to collect information on market dynamics and the impact of the regulatory framework. The questionnaire will remain online on the Bank of Italy website until 10 April 2025.
The survey is aimed at unsupervised operators offering innovative products or services in the financial, banking, insurance or payments sectors and asks them to share their experience to actively contribute to the definition of the national Fintech landscape.
The data collected will contribute to a report that will be presented in a workshop organized by the Fintech Channel. The Bank of Italy, through the Fintech Channel, the Regulatory Sandbox and Milano Hub, promotes dialogue with the sector and supports the development of secure and innovative technological solutions.
