Covid – 19. A Guide on legal implications. General remarks.

This Guide points out all the legal implications related to the applications of emergency law rules as enacted by the Italian Government (including the Law Decree "Cure Italy") and by other public authorities/administrations (Ministers, Regions, independent Authorities like the Italian Data Protection Authority, etc)  to face and manage the COVID-19 emergency.
