In this article published on the Law Review "Diritto & Giustizia" by Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre, Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno analyses the rules for the resumption of the economic, commercial and productive activities starting from May 18th, 2020 as provided by the law-decree as of may 16th, 2020 no. 33 and - above all - by the Guidelines enacted by the Conference of the Italian Regions and Autonomous Provinces.
