In this article, Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno analyzes the mandatory requirements regarding the release in the local language or in different linguistic versions of the Information Notice on the processing of personal data that may be requested: (1) in the EU Member States, in coordination with the GDPR; (2) by the national data protection laws in force in other European countries not belonging to the EU.
