In this article, Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno analyzes the mandatory obligations - regarding the drafting and release of the Information Notice on the processing of employees' personal data - provided: (a) by the national personal data protection laws in force in the EU Member States , in coordination with the GDPR; (2) by the national data protection laes in force in other European countries not belonging to the EU.
