Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno has published a commentary article (divided into "Case" - "Law" and "Conclusions" sections) on the EU Court of Justice (CJEU) ruling in the case C 132/2021 in which the CJEU for the first time focuses on the relationship between Articles 77, 78 and 79 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation no. 679/2016 and between administrative complaint and judicial appeal filed simultaneously by the same data subject against a refusal measure of a data protection Authority and against a Data Controller.
