Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno joined the 2020 Edition of the XVII ePrivacy national Conference. His lecture, entitled: "Employees' health data processing in the context of the COVID-19 emergency: a particular interpretation of the emergency data protection rules", offered a particular interpretation of the emergency rules, including a different perspective in comparison with the guidelines pointed out by the Italian Data Protection Authority in its FAQ.
