Cyber-security and correct attribution of data protection subjectivity.

In the conference "Cyber-security & Data Protection Forum" Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno has discussed a lecture to go in-depth with the issue of the correct identification of the data protection subjects (not only Data Controller and Data Processor, but also all the other subjects who in various capacities and with different roles, functions and powers complete the GDPR scenario: joint owners, sub-processor, interested parties, authorized persons, third parties, recipients, representatives and supervisory authorities).

In his lecture, Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno highlighted the importance of correctly identifying the data protection subjectivity as fundamental prerequisite to then correctly assign - as well -  tasks, duties, obligations and responsibilities.
