Data Governance Act and Data Act: what prospects lie ahead?

Within the conference organized by CSI Piemonte Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno discusses the new centrality of the concept of "data" and the innovative legal definition thereof (which also concern subjects) that characterise the rules of the EU Digital Decade 2020-2030, starting with the Data Governance Act (Regulation 2022/868) and the proposed EU Regulation known as the Data Act.
