Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno participates in the XXXII edition of e-privacy, which in the summer ediziion 2023 focuses on "
Privacy, AI & Security: a complex trinomial."
The paper focuses on what specific relationships exist between the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the proposed EU General Regulation on Artificial Intelligence, with a view to making people understand how personal data - the prerequisite and inescapable "fuel" of machine learning - can also constitute a safeguard (in terms of quality and completeness but also in terms of a discipline, that of the GDPR that stands as a defense of fundamental rights and freedoms) of ethics and anthropocentrism of AI.
