Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno is participating at the Chamber of Deputies in the conference presenting the book "Internal Investigations" (Pacini Editore) of which he co-authored chapter VII entitled "Internal Investigations and Data Protection." In his talk at the conference, he will present a paper focused on how Artificial Intelligence is revolutionizing eDiscovery tools and strategies and what organizational and technical measures should be taken into account to avoid the unusability of collected evidence.
