Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno was invited to inaugurate the new season of the "Privacy Compliance 2020" program broadcasted by Ius Law Web Radio. During the interview, the contents of the Guidelines 7/2020 on the concept of Data Controller and Data Processor, adopted by the European Data Protection Board ("EDPB") were explored, highlighting interpretative criticalities and concrete difficulties in applying the new set of rules as enacted by the EDPB.
