EU Commission: interpretative guidelines on obligations established by the DSA.

The EU Commission published interpretative guidelines (however, non-binding) of the obligations set forth in Regulation 2065/2022 (DSA - Digital Services Act) to publish information on average monthly active recipients of electronic platform and search engine services in the Union, which is also relevant to the designation of VLOPs and VLOSEs [(Art. Article 24(2) and Recital 77 DSA, as well as Article 3(m), (p) and (q) DSA and Article 33 DSA) in light of the February 17, 2023 deadline for the first publication of information on the number of average monthly active recipients of services.
