Published in the EU Official Journal the Digital Services Act: Regulation EU 2022/2065.

Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market For Digital Services and Amending Directive 2000/31/EC (Digital Services Act) ('DSA') was published, on 27 October 2022, in the Official Journal of the European Union. In particular, the DSA will enter into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal, namely on 16 November 2022, and will generally apply from 17 February 2024, with some exceptions (Article 93 of the DSA).
