Data Breach: the Italian Data Protection Authority launches a new on line service to support data controllers with data breach notification and communication fulfilments.

The new service provided by the Italian Data Protection Authority is operational to support the data controllers in the fulfilments envisaged in the event of a Data Breach.

Users will be able to access the notification model to the Italian Data Protection Authority and the self-assessment procedure which helps the owner in fulfilling the obligations regarding the notification of a personal data breach to the supervisory authority as well as the communication of a data breach to the interested party.
