European Data Protection Board: documents adopted within the 48th Plenary Session.

The EDPB adopted the following documents in its 48th plenary session:opinion on adequacy decisions relating to UK data protection legislation;

• revision of the Recommendations 01/2020 on measures that supplement transfer tools to ensure compliance with the EU level of protection of personal data;
• uidelines on the application of article 65 of the GDPR;
• Guidelines on targeting of social media users (following the results of the public consultation);
• Declaration on the privacy impacts of the possible adoption of a digital Euro.
